"Ian, I have never in all my years of experience in this moving world, ever spoken to someone more helpful, sympathetic, professional, kind, reassuring, very encouraging, telling me Crown was definitely the right place to be and that she was so sure they would not let me down. EVERY time I spoke to her, which was often, she was kind and compassionate - she knew the whole story! I always felt that she was extra special and always went the extra mile. She even answered her phone (transferred to her by your after hours call centre) on the 16th December which was a public holiday. When I apologised for phoning her at home, she was not rude - she was everything but! She was kind, reassuring, absolutely wonderful. Maria is a credit to you and Crown."
