The QUEST Employee Pin Awards were implemented to reward Crown's employees, worldwide, who have proven to go above and beyond the call of duty in their effort to "delight the customer."
Using automated technology systems to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Corporate Client Feedback, Transferee Feedback, Transit Protection Claims and Billing Accuracy, Crown’s Group Quality Office analyzes the data and issues a Total QUEST Quality Score (TQQS) for each worldwide branch.
The QUEST Hall of Fame was established to recognize exceptional Crown employees who provide outstanding support to all of their clients and/or have demonstrated a dedication over a long period of time.
The Alcatel North America Mobility and Purchasing Teams combined to create the Relocation Alignment Team, with the purpose of going through a rigorous evaluation process to develop a new Relocation Policy for Alcatel North America. The outcome of this innovative "One Company" approach and the policies that resulted from it culminated in an award - The Alcatel Cup.
