After working hard to earn ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certification, Crown discovered that there was much more to quality than a certificate. Rather than using it as a badge of quality, it was much more important to utilize the ISO quality system as a framework for continuous quality improvement.
Customer feedback is what drives all aspects of the QUEST Quality Program. Feedback from corporate clients and transferees is constantly sought and highly valued as it leads to persistent evaluation and refinement of Crown's service delivery. Feedback from transferees is gathered using two tools: The Relocation Services Quality Survey and the Moving Services Quality Survey.
As part of Crown's QUEST Quality Management Program, Crown employees and QUEST- certified service partners are constantly trained on the most updated packing methods. But the reality is that in the moving industry, statistically one claim is filed for every five international shipment - a 20% risk of damage during shipment.
