Crown revolutionizes residential home survey process with RITA iPAD System

In its continuing effort to apply the most modern technology to enhance Crown's current operations, the iPad2 and Crown's unique survey software application are now being utilized as the tool of choice for the company's residential home survey process. In collaboration with Bamboo Technologies, a technology solutions provider, Crown created the Realtime Interactive Transfer Assistant (RITA) iPad survey tool that enables ease and speed for home surveys of clients' personal effects, special requirements and proposal process. Crown's consultants are now able to take more accurate inventory for customers and download information in a shorter time. RITA showcases Crown's commitment to invest in its technology, operations and level of service delivery.
The man behind this innovative move is Crown's Group Vice President of Information Technology (IT), Chris Davis-Pipe who has over 14 years of experience working for Crown. With his global team, Chris manages all aspects of Crown's information technology, supporting Technology News: Excellence in Innovation Crown revolutionizes residential home survey process with RITA iPAD System over 5,000 employees in almost 60 countries, across Crown's five business divisions.
