Success – especially in a service company – is all about the people. I'm truly proud of the global team we have at Crown. In this issue of the Crown Voice, we introduce some of the great people who are helping to build our company around the world.
We always try to select the best people and work hard to provide training, motivation and show our appreciation of all members of the Crown staff for their hard work. We are an organization that truly believes in building the best teams to provide excellent customer service. The end result is a customer-minded global team that is anxious to serve.
And speaking of global, Crown's global reach continues to grow. We are now in almost sixty countries with some new additions to be formally announced very soon. These new countries will include Finland and Kenya as well as one other country in the Middle East and one in South America. We are determined to be where our clients need us and to be better equipped to serve them. Our expanding state-of-the-art facilities and global footprint allow for high-quality service to be consistently delivered anywhere in the world.
The Crown Group
Included in our global development is the plan to grow our Fine Arts business. Through a recent acquisition, we are now significantly increasing our fine arts activities in many countries around the world including the Netherlands, Russia, Belgium, Germany and China. In recent months, our fine arts division has been called on to move everything from the Magna Carta to the Chinese Terracotta Warriors. "The Faces of Crown" also highlights the work our global staff members are doing to help with many wonderful causes around the world. Crown employees are constantly volunteering to raise funds for those less fortunate and also contribute to improving the environment. I have recently returned from Cambodia where we've just dedicated a new library that we built in a remote province. We love this type of work and plan to always make it the heart of our values.
Finally, may I say thank you to all who have supported us with their business. We greatly appreciate the confidence and trust our clients have given to us. Crown will continue to develop our technology, programs and services, and our people to be the best in the industry. We are proud of our growth, progress and unwavering values, and will continue to instill our key belief in "delighting our customers" into all "Faces of Crown."
