Over the past four year, Vivian has been responsible for many relocations to the Netherlands, while working as Relocation Director within her own Company “Family Relocation Holland” , and working as a freelance consultant for international companies, advising HR departments on expat policies and other expat related issues.

Vivian is originally from The Netherlands and has more than 13years of international work experience as an expat herself. Before Vivian founded her own company, she worked as an international banker for Goldman Sachs and ABN AMRO, and as recruiter/ manager for two international temp agencies.

Vivian is very familiar with the procedures for finding a job in a new country, knows the intricacies of CV formatting, interview techniques, salary negotiation, self development and furthering education. She will focus on each person’s individual requirement in a very professional manner.

Vivian has a background in economics. Vivian Has been on the board of the International school in Germany (Oberursel, TIMS) a dutch language teacher at the International womens club in Eindhoven, and a treasure at Eindhoven Ladies circle. She has always promoted the importance of spousal support for professionals relocating worldwide, and with the Crown Global career Program, she will be able to actively help spouses even more, than before.
