After more than two decades in the corporate world of Human Resources, Carmela discovered her passion for serving people in their personal and professional lives had a significant impact on her over the years which guided her to become a certified professional coach and workshop leader.

As a Certified Coach and Senior HR professional she has worked across various industries: finance, media/communications and manufacturing. As a coach, Carmela guides clients in their search for both professional and personal satisfaction and is deeply committed to their success, happiness and freedom to explore all that they can be. As a professional HR practitioner she has experience in dealing with a wide range of employees in various roles from front line to senior management.

As a Career & Leadership Coach, Carmela is passionate and deeply commitment which gives her the unique ability to balance the “human” element with the “corporate” necessities of the business world. She is empathetic to clients’ needs and coaches with distinctive warmth which gives her the added benefit of being extremely approachable.

Carmela holds a Human Resources Diploma, a coaching accreditation (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute and (ACC) from the ICF and is a member of the International Coach Federation and most recently she has completed the Leadership Program with CTI. She also serves as a Director on two not for profit boards. (Soroptimist International and HRPA Hamilton Chapter) Carmela believes in continuous learning and is an avid student in career development. In her coaching practice she has experience with one/one, teams and group coaching. She is also a CPI Career Partners International certified career transition consultant. She has also worked with international clients as far away as UAE.

Carmela also carries dual citizenship with Canada and Italy and holds an accepted European Union passport.
