Crown's Global Career consultants are experts in recruitment/human resources and/or counseling, and provide a foundation of support to the spouses/partners in their job search. Training is given to ensure that all career consultants are consistent in their approach to each individual's requirements and regular feedback is gathered to maintain a high level of service. Emphasis is placed on knowing the location country’s employment methods and translating this information in a clear and concise way to the individual to maximize the opportunities available to them.
